- Account Information: When you register as a business owner, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing details required to maintain your Zevnax subscription.
- Member Data: In order to provide the CRM functionality, we store the data you input regarding your end-customers (members, students, tenants). This includes their names, contact details, membership statuses, and payment histories.
3. Data Usage
We strictly use the data collected for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Zevnax service. This includes:
- Sending automated WhatsApp and email reminders to your members on your behalf.
- Generating and tracking payment links and dues.
- Providing you with analytics and reports within your dashboard.
- Providing customer support and responding to your requests.
We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your members' data to third parties.
4. Payment Security
Zevnax takes payment security seriously. We do not process or store raw credit card numbers, bank account details, or UPI PINs on our servers. All financial transactions are processed securely through RBI-compliant, industry-standard third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You can request the deletion of your account and associated member data at any time by contacting our support team, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
