By accessing or using the Zevnax platform ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zevnax is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for businesses to manage their memberships. Our software acts as a CRM allowing business owners to add members, track dues, send automated WhatsApp reminders, and generate payment links.

3. User Responsibilities

As a business owner ("User"), you are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the member data you input into Zevnax. You must ensure you have the necessary consent from your end-customers to store their data and send them automated communications (e.g., WhatsApp reminders). You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. Payment Facilitation

Zevnax is purely a software provider and not a bank, financial institution, or payment processor. We facilitate the generation of payment links via third-party gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree. Zevnax does not hold your funds. We are not liable for any disputes, chargebacks, or refunds between you (the business owner) and your end-customers. All payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of your chosen payment gateway.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide high uptime and a reliable experience. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be 100% uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance which may result in temporary downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zevnax, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

If you upgrade to a paid Zevnax subscription (e.g., Pro or Business), you will be billed according to the selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. All payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
